I have to say my favorite trend this season is RUFFLES! I tend to be a sucker for feminine details (I love florals too). The BEST place for this in retail is H&M right now, in fact it's my favorite retail store of all right now because of all the long tops, long sweaters, BOLERO jackets (short jackets for layering on top of sleeveless tops), short layering sweaters, long light knits and layering shirts in tons of colors. It's one of the few shops where you can find an entire matching modest outfit with a matching scarf! These tops are $17.99 and $39.99. Most tops at H&M are under $40.
An Islamic store that's got some ruffles right now is Artizara, between $45-60, which is more than H&M but you get the ease of not having to layer. Nice! By the way if you don't like how the ruffles stick out on the first photo below, you can loosely wear a belt to kind of gather them in and that looks super chic!
